Music essay: why is it so important?
It is important that music education of high quality is available to as many of them as possible: it must not become the preserve of those children whose families can afford to pay for music tuition. While music touches the lives of all young people, the disadvantaged can benefit most. Music helps bind pupils into the wider life of the school.
Music is extremely important in my life. I think it brings me closer to my friends and family. I also feel that it helps me to get through things. For example, I remember doing the twenty six kilometre gaisce hike and the whole way along the hike we sang songs. Music is an immensely powerful thing and has a huge place in my life right next to.
The benefits of music education are intrinsic since they include learning skills, improving performance, being more disciplined and learning to better understand the things that students are exposed to, such as other subjects. Music is important and can be very beneficial and on top of it all, makes the kids happier and more fulfilled.
Few people opine that music is equally important as other academic subjects and should be taught even at the preschool level. I wholeheartedly agree with this statement because if the music is introduced as a subject in the early age, children can learn to stay calm and become more optimistic individuals in the later stages of their life.
WHY MUSIC IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF PEOPLE’S LIVES Music is an important part of people’s lives because in music there is the essence of life. Music is a concentration of feelings and helps to live day by day. Music is an art form whose medium is sound.
Music also - and this is important - allows us to feel nearly or possibly all emotions that we experience in our lives. The possibilities are endless. One of the great things about music in general, and in particular concert music, is that playing it opens up a whole new world of experience that further enhances the mind, physical coordination, and expression.
Our association with music begins as early as in childhood, dozing off listening to a sweet lullaby and continues throughout our lives indulging in it often, deriving excitement or solace.Music is not directly important for our survival, but for most of us life would be less interesting without it as we still have not come up with a better way to communicate our emotions, intentions and identity.
